Arriving at camp

Registration happens right as campers arrive at Spencer Lake. Here are some tips to help get campers through the lines in record time without a hiccup. Avoid digging past your undies in front of everyone to get your stuff.
Keep this check in process in mind when you pack.

  1. Nurses: have your medications/special food either on top of your main luggage or in your ‘car bag’ so it’s super easy to grab

  2. Room & Team Assignments: get in line by last name and be prepared to leave your electronics when you check in.

    • also: sports equipment, bank money, car keys for driving campers

Campers can start arriving after 10am Tuesday.
Camp ends Saturday after lunch at noon.

Campers may be picked up as early as 11:30 Saturday unless special arrangements are necessary.

The Bank

The camp office keeps campers money available and safe.
If you send money for your camper with a counselor, make sure your camper know it’s there for them to spend!

There are a few reasons a camper might want to have some cash at camp.
1. Snack Shack: concession style burgers, hotdogs, pizza, candy, ice cream, drinks available during free time & after evening services. [$0.50 to $5]
2. Game Room: there’s some video games that cost money. [ $0.25 to $0.75 each ]
3. Merchandise: Fusion camp t-shirts $20, Spencer Lake [$10 - $30]
